POSITION INFO:
KEY OUTPUTS:
- Tourplan rate loading, checking and general administration.
- Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
- Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- A willingness and aptitude to learn
- General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
- Strong numerical ability
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Attention to detail
- Systems orientated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Time and task management
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Tourism related qualification or related field experience
- Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
