We're Hiring: WFM Analyst L2
Join our team and help drive workforce planning, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce and operational data to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT teams to implement WFM solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Provide support and training on WFM tools and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative workforce management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and information security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- 2–5 years of experience in workforce management.
- Hands-on experience with Alvaria/Aspect is a must.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or WFM software is an advantage.
