Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electrical wiring harnesses used in a variety of electronic and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure that each harness meets strict quality standards, functions reliably, and adheres to technical specifications. Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses by following detailed schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires accurately
- Interpret electrical schematics and layouts to ensure proper wiring configurations
- Conduct inspections of assembled harnesses using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and electrical continuity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot wiring issues and improve assembly processes
Requirements
- Proven experience with electrical wiring assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices
- Electrical experience related to manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude combined with attention to detail ensures high-quality output
