About the Learnership:
We are inviting motivated and unemployed youth to apply for an exciting accredited Wholesale & Retail SETA Learnership Programme. (NQF 3). This opportunity is designed to provide learners with both theoretical training and practical workplace experience within the wholesale and retail sector.
Successful candidates will gain valuable work experience and an accredited qualification upon successful completion of the programme.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Matric
- Be currently unemployed
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a valid South African ID document
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be willing to commit to a 12-month learnership contract
- Be eager to learn and develop workplace skills
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be punctual, professional, and hardworking
Advantageous
- Previous retail or customer service exposure will be advantageous

DUTIES:
- Stock control and checks
- Merchandise and replenish stock
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Assist customers and team
- General housekeeping
