We are looking for an experienced and strategic Workforce Management (WFM) Lead to oversee our scheduling, forecasting, and real-time execution operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our operational efficiency, ensuring our staffing levels perfectly align with business demands while maintaining an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the WFM team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee long-term and short-term forecasting models, capacity planning, and staff scheduling.
- Analyze real-time data and historical trends to optimize service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with operational leadership to provide actionable insights and workforce recommendations.
- Manage WFM software/tools and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Total Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience directly leading or managing a WFM team.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English with a level of B1+ to B2
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and WFM software (e.g., Verint, Nice IEX, Teleopti, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
