🎯 Job Summary
The Fire & Safety Engineer will be responsible for executing detailed design tasks related to Fire Detection, Alarm, and Life Safety Systems within ELV projects, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, Egyptian codes, and international standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Fire Detection & Alarm system designs, layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Develop Material Submittals, Method Statements, and Compliance Documents.
- Prepare BOQs and Quantity Take-Offs for design and tender stages.
- Select and specify fire alarm panels, detectors, and system components.
- Coordinate with the BIM team to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs.
- Review technical specifications, contracts, and project scope.
- Support Civil Defense approval requirements and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical clarifications.
- Provide limited site support during project execution to clarify design intent.
- 🎓 Job Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
- 3–5 years of experience in Fire & Safety system design.
- Proven experience in Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
- Experience in BIM coordination is a must.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).

- Fire Detection, Alarm & Voice Evacuation Systems.
- BOQs & Quantity Take-Offs.
