Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weight bridge to manage all vehicle weighing activities at the facility. The role ensures accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments, compliance with company procedures, and smooth coordination with logistics, production, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the weight bridge equipment for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Accurately record the weight of raw materials, finished goods, and other cargo.
- Verify shipment documentation and ensure data consistency between physical weights and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weight bridge reports for management review.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to manage material flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards at all times.
- Maintain weight bridge equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory control related to material weights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in weighing systems or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating weight bridge equipment, preferably in manufacturing (edible oil) or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity with weighing procedures, basic calculations, and inventory systems.
- Good record keeping and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
