Role Description
This is an on-site internship position based in Ruiru for a Website Content & Social Media Management role. The intern will assist in creating, managing, and optimizing web and social media content. Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, drafting and scheduling posts, optimizing social media presence, and ensuring alignment with the company’s brand ethos. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaboration with the marketing team, content creation, monitoring social media analytics, and engaging with online communities to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- SEO Skills for Website Content Management
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and content management systems is a plus
- A passion for travel, wildlife, and sustainability is highly desirable
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
