Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science or a related field.

• Advantageous: Post graduate degree in IT, certifications relating to API, web or other code knowledge. Net knowledge

Essential:

• Mid-Senior Development: 3–5 years of full-stack experience, ideally in a corporate or industrial B2B environment.

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Modern Frameworks: Proven record using React or Next.js for high-performance interfaces.

• Systems Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS (e.g., Make, Workato) to orchestrate data between web and CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce).

• Versatility: Experience building on custom systems outside of standard CMS platforms.

Knowledge Essential:

• Architecture & Syncing: Deep understanding of data mapping and synchronisation logic between disparate platforms.

• UI/UX & Performance: Understanding of user behaviour, SEO-friendly architecture, and web security. Advantageous:

• Industrial Context: Experience within the heavy machinery or industrial sector.

• Microsoft Stack: Familiarity with .NET (C#).
