Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong grasp of front-end and back-end development, as well as a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You stay current with the latest web technologies and best practices, and you are capable of transforming technical requirements into high-performing digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain websites and software applications
- Use scripting or authoring languages, content creation tools, applications, and digital media to develop and manage website content
- Collaborate with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, and develop content criteria or choose solutions
- Direct or perform website updates, ensuring that content is accurate and up-to-date
- Develop and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
- Edit, write, or design website content, and direct team members who produce content
- Stay updated on the latest web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups
- Back up files from websites to local directories for recovery and version control
- Identify problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correct or refer problems to appropriate personnel for resolution
- Evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, properly structured, and compatible with various browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements and providing effective development solutions
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years experience in web development and programming applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
- Strong understanding of coding standards, technical terminology, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop ideas and processes and clearly articulate them
- Knowledge of current web technologies, platforms, and trends
- Commitment to producing clean, efficient, and scalable code
