Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer & Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing websites while managing digital content to ensure a professional, engaging, and user-friendly online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites.
- Create visually appealing web layouts and user interfaces.
- Manage, update, and publish website content regularly.
- Ensure websites are responsive, functional, and optimized across all devices.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align website content with business objectives.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.
- Maintain website security, backups, and content management systems.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all digital platforms.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Web Development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Web Designer and Content Manager.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with graphic design and web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of web hosting, domains, and website security.
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing content.
