Job Title:Sales Agent – Property Rentals
Location:Delville, Germiston
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Agent to join our property rental team in Germiston.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing and sourcing tenants for vacant properties
* Retaining existing tenants and maintaining good tenant relationships
* Updating and managing lease agreements
* Managing and following up on the tenant waiting list
* Conducting property viewings and handling rental enquiries
* Assisting with basic administrative duties related to rentals
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales or property rental experience will be an advantage
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Good organizational and record-keeping skills
* Professional and customer-focused attitude
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary plus comission
