We are seeking an expert Lead Facilitator to join our pool of trainers and help deliver our high-impact professional development programs on Competency-Based Curriculum Design.
As educational institutions and corporate training frameworks rapidly shift from traditional, knowledge-heavy models to skill-and-competency-driven frameworks, leaders need clear execution blueprints. In this role, you will train educational administrators, instructional designers, and corporate learning leaders to build, map, and assess robust, outcome-driven curricula aligned with international professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Impact Delivery: Facilitate practical, engaging masterclasses for senior educational professionals and corporate L&D leaders.
- Framework Guidance: Guide cohorts through the technicalities of competency mapping, aligning learning outcomes with real-world performance indicators, and designing authentic assessments.
- Quality Mentorship: Provide actionable, expert feedback on participant projects to ensure their newly designed frameworks are scalable and globally benchmarked.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or a closely related pedagogical field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 7–10 years of documented experience working as a Senior Curriculum Architect, Instructional Designer, or Educational Consultant.
- Facilitation Track Record: At least 5 years of experience delivering high-level training, corporate workshops, or executive masterclasses specifically to institutional leaders, school owners, or L&D directors.
- Proven Portfolio: A demonstrable track record of successfully designing and deploying fully validated Competency-Based Education (CBE) or Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks at an institutional or corporate scale.
Technical Requirements:
- Technical Mapping Proficiency: Advanced mastery of structural competency mapping, establishing observable performance indicators, and building cross-functional skill matrices.
- Assessment Design Mastery: Deep expertise in constructing criterion-referenced assessments, authentic evaluation metrics, and comprehensive rubric frameworks.
- Global Standards Alignment: Robust knowledge of international accreditation benchmarks and quality assurance protocols for institutional curriculum validation.
- Digital Architecture: Familiarity with aligning skill-based pathways with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise instructional technologies.
Core Competencies:
- Authoritative Presence: Ability to command a room of seasoned professionals with clarity, gravitas, and real-world case studies.
- Exceptional Communication: Top-tier articulation and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex pedagogical theories into actionable execution steps.
