Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design & Development: Create and refine engineering processes for water desalination plant, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Innovation & Research: Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance water desalination plant
- Technical Evaluation: Conduct feasibility studies to identify the most effective desalination technologies approaches for diverse environments
- Documentation & Calculation: Prepare technical documents including process calculations water balances, flow diagrams, and system descriptions
- Equipment Selection: Size and specify process equipment according to project requirements
Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with creative, practical solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally with at least 5 years in water desalination sector
- Experience in process design with a consistent record of efficient and high-quality project delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with international guideline, cods, standards, regulations, and best practices in water desalination process
- Hands-on experience with small to mega-scale plant design, process calculations, flow diagrams, and water system configuration.
- Knowledge of demineralization plant and other water and wastewater treatment systems is a plus.
