-Optimize the organization of goods flow and storage spaces.
-Train and manage team members.
-Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators. -Tracking inventory and maintained the stock accuracy. -Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any warehouse issues.
