We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Managing the assigned Warehouse effectively
- Oversee the daily operations of their respective warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Support in manpower allocation across.
- Addressing issues and supporting the team in achieving their best performance.
- Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Ops metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
