Job Summary
KEDA Ceramics is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and inventory management within our FMCG environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock accuracy, warehouse coordination, stock audits, and maintaining efficient warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily morning meetings to review operational issues from previous work activities and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with Receiving & Issuing Officers to confirm inbound and outbound stock movement from the warehouse.
- Ensure there is no inventory variance between physical stock and system/book stock.
- Support the Stock Audit Officer during warehouse audits and stock verification exercises.
- Maintain and implement 6S standards within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily and monthly stocktaking activities.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports as required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Warehouse Specialist, Storekeeper, or Inventory Officer in an FMCG environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation and warehouse audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 6S/5S warehouse practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
