Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the warehouse team, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Manage performance of warehouse staff, conduct training, and support team development.

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products.

- Plan and manage manpower allocation, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.

- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.

- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning teams to meet material requirements and delivery schedules.

- Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe and damage-free handling of goods.

- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods with precision and strategic planning.

- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, forecast needs, and make informed operational decisions.

- Resolve complex operational challenges with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Implement and enforce warehouse layout optimization to improve space utilization and material flow.

- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within warehouse areas.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean warehousing initiatives.

– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6–9 years of experience in warehouse operations within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in SKU Management, Stock Control, and advanced Inventory Management techniques.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of efficient Warehouse Operations and best practices.
  • Outstanding Team Leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
  • Unwavering commitment to Safety Procedures and rigorous Quality Control standards.
  • A highly developed capacity for Problem-Solving and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
