Successful company in Sparta seeking professional and dynamic individuals to work both First (8am to 4:30pm) and Second Shifts (3pm to 11:30pm)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and contribute to a seamless distribution process. Duties
- Pack and prepare orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packaged for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking using mechanical tools like pickers and order pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately
- Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading materials using heavy equipment
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product accuracy and packaging standards before dispatch
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking supplies and managing inventory through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve packing procedures, and ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling and equipment operation
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution is highly desirable
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials regularly
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy in order processing

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
