Role Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to be based in our Tanzania branch – HY Expert Africa Limited.
This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Dar-es Salaam, Tanzania.
The Warehouse Operator will support daily logistics operations for lithium ore and copper concentrate handling, inventory management, and truck coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Load and unload goods (lithium ore, copper concentrate)
2. Assist with inventory counting and stock control
3. Support inbound and outbound truck operations
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines
6. Report issues to supervisors
Requirements
1. Previous warehouse or logistics experience in handling bulk materials or commodities (e.g., lithium, copper concentrate, or similar materials) preferred
2. Bachelors degree in Warehousing, Logistics or related field.
3. Physically fit and able to handle manual work
4. Basic understanding of inventory processes
5. Reliable and disciplined
