We are looking for a Warehouse Office Manager – North Africa to support our commercial operations, ensure efficient supply chain processes, manage warehouse activities, and optimize inventory flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, improving supply chain performance, ensuring smooth warehouse management, and supporting customer fulfillment requirements. Experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and international logistics will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse office operations and administrative processes for North Africa operations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
  • Manage inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies with the warehouse team
  • Supervise warehouse administrative staff and coordinate schedules
  • Liaise with logistics providers, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, safety, and customs requirements in North Africa
  • Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and shipment status
  • Support cost control and process improvement initiatives within the warehouse

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic or French is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with local customs, import/export, and regulatory procedures in North Africa
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site at the warehouse facility
