Job Summary
4th Gen Fuels LLC is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations supporting our mining operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory, coordinating parts and equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of mining equipment parts, tools, supplies, and consumables.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Process and issue parts to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized.
- Supervise warehouse employees and schedule daily tasks.
- Maintain inventory records using computer software.
- Assist with annual inventory counts and audits.
- Work closely with maintenance, purchasing, and operations departments.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management or warehouse supervisor experience required.
- Experience in mining, construction, industrial, or heavy equipment industries preferred.
- Strong computer and inventory management skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
