Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. The role ensures efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory control, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with ERP systems and a background in production, manufacturing, or system integration industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements through ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports and KPIs.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Experience within Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, or System Integration companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Profile
- Age: 30–40 years.
- Proven experience leading warehouse teams and managing large inventory volumes.
- Familiarity with warehouse KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
