About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Junior Technical Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations, supporting daily logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The secondary component is to assist with testing networking products and assist clients with support queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time according to delivery schedules.
- Assist in the loading and offloading of trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Pick, pack, and move stock while ensuring items are placed in the correct warehouse locations.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct monthly stock counts and daily spot checks.
- Report and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Support the warehouse supervisor in implementing efficient warehouse processes.
- Safely stack pallets and operate within company safety guidelines.
- Delivering orders in and around the Durban North area.
- Testing returned items and learning products to support the clients that have queries.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 Years experience in a warehouse role.
- Valid drivers licence essential. Own car preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to update stock records.
- Must have an A+ or N+.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
