Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Assistant, based in Strand, Western Cape. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for packing and unpacking products, managing inventory, controlling stock, and assisting with the daily organization of the warehouse. The role also involves operating forklifts, ensuring the warehouse is maintained in an orderly fashion, and offering basic customer service as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Packing and handling goods efficiently
- Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Skill in Forklift Operation and a Code 10 Driver’s License would be an added advantage
- Basic Customer Service abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred
- Only candidates residing in Milnerton and surrounding areas will be considered.
