# Waiters / Waitresses **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused **waitstaff** to join our restaurant team. ## Responsibilities – Welcome and seat customers – Present menus and explain menu items – Take food and beverage orders accurately – Serve meals and drinks promptly – Check on customers throughout their dining experience – Process bills and payments correctly – Maintain clean and properly prepared tables – Communicate orders and customer requests to the kitchen and bar – Assist with opening and closing duties – Provide professional service at all times ## Requirements – Previous restaurant or waitstaff experience – Strong communication and customer-service skills – Friendly, reliable and presentable – Able to work well under pressure – Good knowledge of food and beverages – Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays – Reliable transport – Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed.
