We’re looking for a skilled and friendly barista/barman/waiter to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality and unparalleled service.

Position Overview:
As a Barman/Barista/Waiter, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding service experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, cocktails, mocktails, excellent waiter service and over all maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Your warm and welcoming attitude, along with your passion for the hospitality industry, will make a significant difference in our customers’ day.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to our recipes and new ideas.
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries about our food and beverage menu.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment cleaning and routine tasks.
Handle cash and payments accurately, as well as follow cash-handling procedures.
Ensure product quality and consistency in every cup.
Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on Cocktail, food and coffee trends, and product knowledge.
Uphold a high standard of customer service, making each customer’s visit special.
Buffet and a la carte service experience in 3* – 4* hotels
Qualifications:
Previous barman/barista/waiter experience.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Familiarity with cash-handling procedures and PlusPoint point-of-sale systems is a plus.
