Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a VoIP Network Engineer located in Milnerton. The role includes configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Voice over IP (VoIP) networks, ensuring efficient and secure communication solutions. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining network systems, monitoring network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and implementing security protocols. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions will also be a core focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Engineering and Network Administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical network issues
- Strong knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) systems and their configuration
- Understanding of Network Security principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous
