Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser with a strong fashion eye and solid sales awareness.
This role combines visual storytelling with sales-driven display strategies, ensuring our products look great and sell effectively. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain attractive visual displays aligned with the brand identity
- Ensure correct product placement to maximize sales performance
- Implement seasonal and promotional VM guidelines
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to support store targets
- Monitor display performance and adjust based on customer behavior
- Maintain store visuals, mannequins, and window displays
- Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards
- Ensure store appearance is always clean, organized, and on-brand
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (fashion or retail)
- Strong fashion sense with attention to detail
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer flow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
