As a Visa Specialist – Corporate at Abu Samra Travel, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate visa services to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for handling visa applications, documentation, and follow-ups while ensuring full compliance with embassy requirements and company policies. You will also act as a main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring a smooth and professional visa processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and up-to-date visa information to corporate clients via phone, email, and direct communication.
Handle visa applications efficiently, ensuring all documents are complete and submitted on time.
Follow up with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to track application status and ensure timely processing.
Review and verify all required documents to ensure compliance with embassy regulations.
Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and provide guidance throughout the process.
Manage corporate client inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and ensure consistent service excellence.
Ensure full compliance with company procedures and corporate travel policies.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in visa processing and handling embassy procedures.
Previous experience dealing with corporate clients and companies (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, etc.).
Experience in handling both business and tourist visa applications.
Good command of English (reading and understanding).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
