Virtual Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support one of our clients with day-to-day administrative and executive support.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, confident with communication, and comfortable working remotely with a business owner or senior team member.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas or notes
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Following up with clients, suppliers, or internal team members
- Organising documents, files, and basic reports
- Supporting workflow, task management, and day-to-day priorities
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Admin Assistant
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Is comfortable using online tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms
- Has a reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
This is a remote role supporting an established client.
