Virtual Assistant Jobs in Home Based at Reliable Cleans
We are a growing residential cleaning company based in San Diego looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help manage the phones, scheduling, and customer communication.
Your Mission
-Turn inbound calls and texts into paying customers
-Book, reschedule & answer client questions like a pro
-Convert leads through consultative selling — not order-taking
-Hire + onboard top cleaners to keep service quality high
-Troubleshoot daily operational issues
-Make outbound calls to realtors & property managers to grow accounts
-Follow up with past customers to rebook and upsell
-Track revenue, bookings, and team performance daily
-Manage scheduling, customer records, and communications in BookingKoala and Quo
-Work within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace daily (email, docs, sheets, calendar)
-Coordinate with our cleaning team on scheduling and job updates
You’ll Crush This Role If:
-You’re a closer — you love solving client problems and turning maybe into yes
-Neutral/American-sounding English — this is non-negotiable. Customers should think they’re talking to someone local.
-You have real sales experience
-Organized + can handle multiple demands at once
-Tech-savvy — comfortable in BookingKoala, Quo, Google
Sheets, Microsoft Office, and picking up new platforms fast
-Calm under pressure, proactive, and self-managed
-Reliable internet and a quiet space for phone calls
Availability
Mon-Friday. Coverage needed during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Compensation
-$5–$7/hr USD depending on experience
-Bonuses for hitting sales targets
