POSITION INFO:
Our successful VIP Services Managers …
· work with management teams to compile and implement the VIP services
· plan an annual VIP Event Plan, ensuring their integration into the company’s strategy, marketing and communication plans
· assess systems and processes so that they remain relevant, efficient and guest-centric
· evaluate revenue reports and determine opportunities for revenue growth
· liaise with heads of departments to improve customer service internally
· work as part of a team and individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
