Role Purpose

The Video & Motion Content Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality video, motion graphics and animation, podcasts and other public video content, event and multimedia content that strengthens ASI’s digital presence, brand storytelling and campaign execution.

This role supports the ASI Marketing Operating System by turning strategic campaigns, events, executive thought leadership, brand ambassador content and business-unit activity into engaging visual content for internal and external audiences.

The role requires a technically skilled and creatively strong content producer who can shoot, edit, package and repurpose content quickly, while maintaining ASI’s brand standards, quality expectations and commercial messaging.

Key Strategic Accountabilities

Video, Motion & Multimedia Production

  • Produce high-quality video content for campaigns, events, social media, internal communication and executive thought leadership.
  • Create motion graphics, campaign reels, short-form videos, social-first edits and multimedia assets.
  • Edit long-form content into shorter clips, teasers, highlights and platform-specific content.
  • Support the development of a modern, video-led content engine for ASI.

Podcast Studio & Executive Content Support

  • Support podcast studio output, including recording support, clipping, editing, formatting and publishing-ready assets.
  • Package CEO / EXCO / leadership content into professional clips, audiograms, reels and campaign assets.
  • Ensure executive content is polished, brand-aligned and suitable for LinkedIn, YouTube and other approved platforms.

Event Content Capture & Post-Event Production

  • Capture and produce content from ASI events, both internal and external including, sponsorships, client events, leadership platforms and campaign activations.
  • Deliver same-week event content packs, including highlight reels, recap videos, quote clips, photography selects and short-form social assets.
  • Work closely with Events, PR, Social Media and Design teams to ensure content capture is planned before each event.

Campaign & Social-First Content

  • Produce campaign videos, launch assets, explainer clips and social-first visual content.
  • Support ASI Financial Services, ASI Property and ASI Connect with vertical-specific content.
  • Ensure all content is suitable for the intended audience, platform and campaign objective.

Technical Production Standards

  • Manage basic lighting, sound, framing, camera setup and content production quality.
  • Apply strong editing standards across pacing, transitions, captions, music, branding and final export.
  • Maintain organised working files, version control and final assets within the approved Cloud Hub / file management structure.

Brand, Quality & Workflow Discipline

  • Ensure all outputs comply with ASI brand identity, visual standards, tone and hierarchy.
  • Work through approved briefs, CRM-based workflow tracking and agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Design & Production, Social Media, PR, Digital and Marketing Operations to ensure content is delivered on time and to standard.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualification in Film, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in video production, editing, multimedia content or digital content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, animation, social-first content and event content.
  • Experience in corporate, financial services, professional services, agency or B2B environments advantageous.
  • Experience with podcast, event and executive content production advantageous.
