We are a US based Youtube agency that specialises in the real estate space
The company is the best in the business and helps realtors dominate their local market and grow their businesses to $1m + per year.
In order to scale the company we are looking for a client facing account manager that has experience working as an account manager for a social media agency.
You will be the pod leader for your client channels and will be in charge of growing their channels and their businesses.
You will become part of a team and work with me (the founder, a junior strategist, thumbnail designer, script team and video editors) however your job is not to coordinate, it's to provide strategic help to the clients and make sure they are 100% happy.
Basically if the clients feel taken care of and they are getting good results, you have done your job…

Helping clients implement our strategy
Managing client communications
Running client meetings
Analysing client channels
Giving feedback on ways for them to improve
🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You Have…
Demonstrable experience of good client results on social media
Experience managing client relationships
A good understanding of technical aspects of filming (cameras, mics etc.)

Native or fluent English is essential (written and spoken)
Working partially on US timezone i.e. working in the afternoon / evening
