What This Role Is About
Our client, a large conglomerate, is looking for a Vice President – Finance, based in Egypt, to lead the overall finance function and support the organisation's strategic growth agenda.
This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and financial governance across the business.
You will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure robust financial controls and risk management frameworks.
You will also play a key role in business planning, capital allocation, performance management, and identifying opportunities to improve operational and financial efficiency.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (VP Finance, Finance Director, or equivalent).
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and corporate finance.
- Experience leading large finance teams and managing complex business operations.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams on strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
