We are currently hiring a Verizon Customer Representative to join our team in the Temecula area. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and developing a long-term career in customer service and sales.
As a Verizon Customer Representative, you will represent Verizon products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers. The Verizon Customer Representative will help customers understand available service options, answer questions, and assist with new account enrollments.
Verizon Customer Representative Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in person to discuss Verizon products and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their preferences
- Complete new customer enrollments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of Verizon promotions, devices, and service plans
- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process
- Meet individual and Verizon Customer Representative performance goals
- Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
Verizon Customer Representative Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new products, Verizon Customer Representative systems, and sales techniques
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Temecula area
- Availability for a full-time schedule
Pay: $3,400.00 – $5,200.00 per month
