SUMMARY:
A leading automotive dealership in Port Elizabeth is looking for an experienced and high-performing Vehicle Sales Executive to join their sales team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION INFO:
Description:
- Proactively source new business through cold calling, digital leads, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct needs analysis and present suitable vehicle options
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in deals
- Liaise with F&I to ensure smooth deal processing
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM systems and sales pipeline
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2–3 years’ vehicle sales experience (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Sales pipeline management
