Serve as the customer-facing advisor responsible for consultations, upselling, product recommendations, and job follow-up.
Ensure quality customer experience from quotation to delivery and coordinate installation flow with technicians and
store/warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, diagnose needs, recommend suitable accessories/solutions.
- Provide quotations, product explanations, warranties, and installation timelines.
- Confirm parts availability with store and schedule installation bookings.
- Follow up with workshop to ensure job accuracy, quality, and promised delivery.
- Close the job with customer satisfaction check, bill settlement, and upsell opportunities.
- Document sales, invoices, RO status, product feedback, and customer objections
Requirements
- Revenue per RO / per visit.
- Customer satisfaction score & complaint reduction.
- Conversion rate from inquiry → quotation → sale.
- On-time delivery % and re-work/quality issue %.
- Customer service, product selling, communication, DMS system handling, negotiation, time management
