Van/Bus Driver-CNA Required

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the main van driver, the responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to ensuring the safety of the resident/passengers at all times. Good driving history. Ability to maintain a schedule and prioritize needs. Flexibility with scheduling changes and independantly able to manage time well. Positive attitude and great customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS diploma or GED
• Unencumbered and valid driver’s license
• Willing to obtain c.n.a. through employer possibly
• C.N.A. certification is preferred

SUPERVISION

• Oversight by Administration and Clinical
• Independantly work with flexible changes to routing throughout the day

CONSUMER SERVICE

• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adheres to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
