The Key Purpose of this role is the operation of the operation of the utilities Sections such as steam plant, carbon dioxide plant, air plant, water treatment plants, refrigeration, BTS Plant and the execution of quality control checks and monitoring.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor Utilities Equipment performance
- Measure performance attributes
- Conduct First Line maintenance tasks and schedules.
- Apply and Maintain Safety Standards (OHS) procedures
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping and risk-free standards
- Optimize production performance by Support Production Operations
- Operate plant and process equipment
- Troubleshoot Operational Problems
- Ensure Environmental Compliance
Monitor processes
- Interpret production plan
- Maintain the utilities operation
- Ensure quality control of utilities supply
- Report plant, machine and process problems
- Conduct autonomous operator maintenance
- Conduct operator breakdown maintenance tasks
- Work in teams
- Communicate effectively in the workplace
- Contribute to self and team development
- Prepare boilers for government inspections
- Ensure safety standards are adhere

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering/Equivalent science preferable
- Knowledge of utility systems and equipment.
- Ability to read gauges, diagrams, and operating procedures.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 2 years’ experience in preferably a Utilities environment.
- Computer literacy for monitoring and reporting systems.
- Experience in BTS Plant will be an advantage.

- Band: XI
