Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Interface Designer. Based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for partial remote work, this role involves creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging visual designs. Responsibilities include producing mockups, iterating on concepts, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and integrating user experience principles into designs. The User Interface Designer will also support front-end development efforts to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly digital products.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design, User Interface (UI) Design, and creating high-quality mockups
- Good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and the ability to design with user-centric approaches
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with developers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- An online portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and projects
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging design methodologies is a plus
