Invesp, a leading Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency, is looking for a UX Researcher to join our fully remote team.
In this role, you'll uncover customer insights through qualitative and quantitative research, identify friction points in the user journey, and help shape optimization strategies for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce and lead generation clients.
You'll work closely with CRO Strategists, Designers, Developers, and Analytics teams to turn customer feedback and behavioral data into actionable recommendations that improve user experiences and business outcomes.
📍 Fully Remote (EMEA)
