Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, the Unit Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, and monitor team performance against targets. The role involves recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective strategies to drive new business and revenue growth. The Unit Sales Manager will also maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client and team relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a competitive sales environment
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
