Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kitengela, responsible for leading and managing a sales team in achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, mentoring and coaching financial advisors, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics to drive growth in insurance and investment products.
Qualifications
.Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide and support a high-performing sales team.
.Candidates should be a successful high performing sales experience.
.Candidates should possess planning, organization, and performance monitoring abilities to manage targets, resources, and reporting effectively.
.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally in insurance, banking, or other financial services, is highly desirable.
.Ability to work on-site in Kitengela, demonstrate integrity, and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.
. Candidate must possess at least a diploma certificate.
