UNION CARPENTERS – RETAIL INTERIOR FIT-OUT Jobs in York, PA at Build WIth MD
Seeking experienced Union Carpenters with retail interior fit-out experience for a large commercial remodel project.
- Project duration is approximately one year.
- Current work schedule is primarily day shift.
- There will be temporary transitions to night shift work as project phases change.
- Prevailing wage and above.
- Performance bonuses available.
- Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, leadership ability, work history, and tools provided by the employee.
- Build with MD provides company-owned equipment, lifts, specialty tools, and major project equipment on-site.
- Employees are required to provide and maintain their own basic trade-specific hand tools.
- Additional work opportunities are available throughout the York region and surrounding areas after project completion.
- Employees interested in long-term employment may have opportunities to travel to projects throughout the United States.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years commercial carpentry experience
- Experience with retail fit-outs, framing, drywall installation, ceilings, millwork, fixture installation, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Reliable transportation
- Must possess basic carpentry hand tools
- Foreman and Superintendent-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Must be a member in good standing of the applicable local union
Pay: $22.85 – $43.59 per hour
