Flyp Homes is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a portfolio of UK properties.
This role is responsible for ensuring homes remain guest-ready, well maintained, and operating smoothly, while coordinating maintenance, contractors, and operational issues across the portfolio.
You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and operations teams to maintain property quality, resolve issues quickly, and protect the value of each home we manage.
What you'll be responsible for
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties
• Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor works
• Conducting property inspections and quality checks
• Ensuring homes meet Flyp hospitality standards
• Managing operational tickets and resolving property issues
• Supporting property onboarding and offboarding in our systems
• Monitoring maintenance costs and operational performance
We're looking for someone who
• Has experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities management
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Can coordinate contractors and maintenance work effectively
• Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Is comfortable managing multiple properties at once
Working setup
• Hybrid role – 2 days per week in our Cape Town office
• Managing UK-based properties remotely
• Must have a reliable laptop, strong internet connection, and home workspace
