Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Truck Driver. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport goods to designated locations. Day-to-day tasks include vehicle inspection, compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, ensuring safe loading and unloading of cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Effective communication with dispatch teams and adherence to all safety protocols are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license and strong experience in professional truck driving.
- Proficiency in understanding and adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Ability to perform loading, unloading, and securement of cargo safely and efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating trucks and handling routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Experience driving in commercial or international environments is a plus.
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines related to transporting goods.
