A Dealer Administrator Position has come available our our Triton Truck and Trailer branch in Nelspruit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance with legal and FICA requirements
- Verify and file FICA documents in line with regulations.
- Ensure all customer records meet compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems for audit purposes.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Effective Administrative support
- Provide administrative assistance to sales, finance, and service teams.
- Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic).
- Prepare reports and update internal systems.
- Manage general office administration tasks.
- Ordering of office supplies, such as refreshments, stationery, protective clothing and printing.
- Maintain and update registers and Time and Attendance system (ECO Time).
Customer Service
- Assist customers with queries relating to documentation and vehicle purchases.
- Provide updates on vehicle registration and delivery status.
- Coordinate vehicle handovers with relevant departments.
Financial Administration
- Assist with deal costing and basic financial checks.
- Invoicing on DMS and Sage.
- Reconcile invoices and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all financial records are accurately filed.
Service and workshop administrative support
- Capture job cards and service bookings on DMS and X-Calibre.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Support service advisors with administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant administrative or business qualification (advantageous).
Experience
- 2–4 years’ administrative experience (motor dealership experience preferred).
- Experience with vehicle administration systems.
Knowledge
- Vehicle sales and registration processes.
- Basic financial principles.
- FICA compliance requirements.
- Office Management.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, dealership systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
