Key Responsibilities:
Fully manage and operate the company’s Trendyol account.
Handle additional marketplace platforms if applicable.
Manage product listings catalog structure content and images.
Monitor daily operations orders and coordinate with customer service & logistics teams.
Manage pricing strategies promotions discounts and campaigns.
Lead revenue growth and achieve significant sales uplift.
Develop and execute a clear growth plan to scale sales from X to Y within a defined period.
Track and analyze KPIs such as:
– Conversion Rate
– Traffic
– Sales Performance
Optimize product visibility and improve marketplace ranking.
Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
Handle returns and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Marketplace management.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Trendyol (Mandatory).
Strong expertise in:
– Catalog management
– Pricing & promotions
– Campaign management
– Returns handling
Experience in GCC markets (Saudi Arabia preferred).
Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
